How we work

Property renovation


When we start working on your property renovation we’ll ask you a few simple questions:

  • Have you engaged an architect?
  • Have you involved a structural engineer?

Depending on the scale of the project you may or may not need an architect or a structural engineer. If you do, we are very happy to refer you to one of our trusted associates. We work closely with architects and structural engineers who will create plans for your renovation project.

Once your plans are in place, the JMW team can become fully involved, completely managing your renovation project from start to finish.

Pricing

How much will my building renovation cost?


At JMW, we work with clients on large building renovation projects, including complete refurbishments or large kitchen installations, that start at around £15,000.

Our projects have included:

  • Whole house renovations, where we completely gut the property
  • Lifting entire flooring to install underfloor heating
  • Making homes more energy efficient by upgrading insulation
  • Creating open-plan living by removing internal walls
  • Removing and replacement of timber throughout the house, including all skirting, doors and architraves.
